Anti-wrinkle treatment will start to work with in 3-5 days, with the full effect being apparent after 2 weeks. On average, treatment will last 3-4 months. 

Dermal filler can last anywhere from 6-24 months, however some people notice the effects for years after treatment. Dermal filler can be dissolved at any stage if it is no longer desired. 

With both anti-wrinkle and filler, there is a risk of bruising, redness and swelling. This is generally minor and ice can be applied if required. A headache or mild ache may occur in the areas treated and can be managed with simple pain relief. You can return to work following treatment 

Firstly, a thorough medical history will be taken to ensure that treatment is safe for you. Any previous treatments and your concerns will be discussed, followed by possible treatment options, including costs. A treatment plan will then be developed, as it is sometimes best to perform treatment over 2-3 appointments to give the best results. For some people, the best treatment may not be cosmetic injectables.

It is advised to wait 30 minutes following treatment before applying make up after anti-wrinkle treatment and 24 hours following dermal filler. This is to reduce the risk of infection. It is also important to remember to clean make up brushes regularly and to wash hands before applying make up. 

Yes, there is no medical reason not to have both treatments performed. If you have not had any treatment previously, sometimes it is best to start with one treatment with a review and follow up treatment 4 weeks later if required.
